I find that to have a successful and healthy client/counselor relationship, it is essential to create a safe environment free of judgment where one can feel comfortable exploring their fears, breaking old patterns and nurturing their passions. I have focused on adolescents and couples. I have a strong background in anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem and bullying. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) & find it to be the most successful evidenced based therapy used in couples counseling.
